To ensure everyone visiting The Spa and Salon enjoys a wonderful experience, we have outlined the following Spa Etiquette tips.

Reservations
We recommend that you book your treatments as far in advance as possible to ensure the most convenient times & dates are available.  A credit card or room number is required to hold all appointments.

Preparing for your Visit
May we suggest you leave cellular phones, pagers and valuable items behind.  Come dressed as you are and we will make you comfortable for your appropriate treatment.  Please use the pool, sauna, whirlpool and washroom prior to your appointment time.  If you have booked a salt glow treatment, we ask that you do not shave for 24-hours prior to your appointment avoid any discomfort.

When to Arrive
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment as we ask each new client to complete an assessment form.  This enables us to be aware of any health issues that may affect your treatment.  Arriving early guarantees your full treatment time as we finish our services promptly so as not to delay the next client.

Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that we require 24-hours notice of any change or cancellation.  A 50% charge for all booked procedures will be applied to your credit card or room if you cancel or change your appointments within 24-hours.  A 50% charge will also be applied if you do not show for your scheduled appointments.

Spa Consideration
We strive to achieve a relaxing experience for each and every client, and so ask you to refrain from using electronic devices within the Spa.  Your privacy is respected at all times and we drape sheets and towels over any areas not required for certain body treatments.

Children
The Spa is a tranquil environment and with respect to you and other guests we ask that, unless children under 16 years are receiving treatments, alternative child care arrangements are made prior to your appointment.  Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 

Taxes and Gratuities
All services are subject to applicable taxes.  Gratuities are not automatically included in the cost of your treatment.  If you wish to tip, you may have it added to your final bill.

The Finale
All of our trained staff will recommend products for you to use at home to extend your Spa experience.  We use only the best skin and bodycare lines available and can help you with any questions you may have.

Special Notes
The Spa and Salon will not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.  Prices are subject to change and do not include taxes or gratuities.  All Massage Therapists are Registered and would be happy to provide a receipt for insurance purposes upon request.  All discount card members MUST show their valid card before payment is made in order to obtain appropriate discounts.  Discounts apply to the cardholder only.  Appointment times are approximate.
