Season Pass/Programs Terms and Conditions

Horseshoe Resort’s Season Pass/Programs Protection Policy is based on a prorated calendar that offers season pass holders a credit/refund option when they provide appropriate documentation. 

Below is the 2023/24 Season Pass/Programs Protection Refund and Credit Schedule. To be considered for a credit/refund, customers must provide the following documentation in their request:

  1. Medical certificate
  2. Job relocation

Credit = gift card that can be used anywhere on site at Horseshoe Resort.

Steps to submitting your refund/credit request:

  1. An email request for credit/refund must be sent to guestservices@horseshoeresort.com
  2. A dated Medical certificate from the Season Passholder’s/Program Participant’s doctor or treating physician is required.
  3. A letter from the Season Passholder’s/Program Participant’s HR department for relocation and for military service is required.
  4. Pass must be returned to Guest Services before refund/credit is given.

*** Email submission date and receipt for current season passes determines amount of credit/refund provided.
*** Not Applicable: Lift Tickets, Triple Plays, Vouchers or Terrain Park Passes.
