FREQENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAMP KITS
A complete Camp Information Kit and receipt will be sent to you once payment has been processed.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellations will be accepted without cost with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours notice will be charged a full day rate.
LOCATION
The newly renovated Kids’ Korral building will be the home of our Summer Adventure Camp. We are centrally located to all activities leaving your child more time for FUN!
Horseshoe Resort and the Kids’ Korral Summer Adventure Camp reserves the right to adjust
programs that do not meet minimum registration requirements.
CAMP HOURS
Camp runs from 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday (excluding July 3rd and August 7th). Campers may be dropped off after 8:45am and must be picked up between 3:45 and 4pm.
EXTENDED PROGRAM
A program for working parents, enables you to drop your camper(s) off between 8am and 9am and pick them up between 4pm and 5pm. Special arrangements MUST be made in advance. Early or Late Extended Program - $20.00 per child per week. Early and Late Extended Programs - $35.00 per child per week.
RAIN OR SHINE
Camp programs run rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, alternative activities have been planned. Campers are asked to remember to dress appropriately for the weather. Sunscreen and hats are highly recommended.
SWIMMING
Supervised recreational swimming by qualified lifeguards will be part of our Kids’ Camp and Action Pak programs. Swim schedules will be included in Camp Kits.
LUNCH
A kid-friendly menu is available to all campers for $30.00 per week.
Payment must be included with Registration Form. Campers are
permitted to bring their own lunches with their full name
printed clearly on the outside of each container/bag.
Refridgeration provided for all lunches. Our Kids’ Korral
has a "Reduce The Risk" policy in place for allergies,
and therefore, is a nut-free facility.
TUCK SHOP
Our Tuck Shop will be open twice each day with drinks, snacks and novelty items available to campers.
