Executive Chef Dylan Tulloch

Born and raised just next door to Horseshoe Resort in Barrie, Ontario, Chef Dylan Tulloch graduated with honours from the Niagara College Culinary Program in 1997. After finishing his apprenticeship, Chef Dylan worked at the esteemed Araxi Restaurant in Whistler, British Columbia, where he gained in-depth knowledge of seasonal and locally grown food. He then went on to refine his skills at Toronto’s Epic restaurant, located in the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, before joining Horseshoe Resort in 2005.

Named Local Chef of the Year (2013) by the Simcoe Region chapter of the Ontario Restaurant Hotel and Motel Association (ORHMA), Chef Dylan takes pride in crafting organic, fresh and seasonally inspired menus featuring ingredients from local area farmers and suppliers.

As an active member of Simcoe County Farm Fresh, Muskoka and Districts Chef Association, and the Seasons Centre, Chef Dylan’s enthusiasm and passion is evident in every facet of his work and craftsmanship. A certified Chef de Cuisine, he is constantly looking for ways to take his talents to the next level to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
